The staff is great but 1 star for the corporation way under staffing the store and putting in unreachable time frames. Was told... 10 mins for my pizza and 30 mins later it is finally ready, but that is not the staffs fault. They were clearly doing theirbest. Read more
I don't have anything negative to say about my experience there tonight, the guys that were working tonight were really nice and... helpful. My complaint is the credit card machine and how it will not let you leave a tip on it for them. If you want to leave atip you have to have cash, they had an order for 20 pizza's you know they didnt pay with cash so go figure that. God bless theminimum wage workers! Read more
So this spring they managed to mess up my phoned in order, was supposed to be able to get a free replacement when I chose, never... got it. This location never has anything ready when they open and are always asking people to wait. To top it all off though, Icalled in an order for my employees since we had horses racing the other day. When making my order I was told it would be 30minutes till it was ready. I had ordered a thin crust pepperoni, a thin crust 3 meat, and an Italian cheese bread, it shouldn'thave taken no 30 minutes when they even said they weren't busy. Anyway, I went to pick up my order just to be told that it wouldbe 30 minutes! What kind of place doesn't even follow through with their own slogan (yes I know a phoned in order is not part ofthe 'hot and ready') but still 2 pizzas and a cheese bread does not take an hour to make! Then I'm told that it's going to benearly $25 for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread (inflation does not account for that much of a price jump). I do not recommend basedon too many bad encounters granted most of the issues are because of employees and not the food chain but really have somecourtesy and open on time with food ready. Read more
Been here a few times. Generally slow, but everyone?s nice. Tried to call in an order. No one answers the phone after a couple... of tries. Walked in-got pizza & bread but asked for bread to be well done. 20 minutes later, got a cold pizza & normal underdone bread. I never once heard a phone ring. It?s hit or miss here. Just go to Domino's Pizza. Don't even waste your time and money here. The pizza and service is really bad! To start, the... customer service and professionalism was unavailable. You get the notion that you're bothering them when you come to pick upyour order. They didn't put the extra sauce I requested, but they definitely charged me extra for it. The cheese was likerubber. The more I chewed, the more rubbery it got. The crust, that they didn't slice through, was doughy and not cooked all theway through, even though it had burnt spots on the bottom. It's been a couple of years since I've been to this location. I wasquickly reminded why I stopped. Read more
