My husband and I went there for the first time to have lunch and the place was packed. But we were seated quickly enough, waited... only about 7 minutes before we were shown to our table. The place was clean, well lighted, tables were situated well so peoplecan move about easily without bumping into other diners' seats. Justin was our server and he was phenomenal! He was attentive,friendly, professional and very responsive to our dining needs. My husband had the house salad and I ordered the strawberry andpecan salad which was so delicious. Their bread and butter was also good, bread was warm and soft and you can tell it wasfreshly baked. When our main course arrived, hubby's steak, asparagus and baked potato were hot, portions were good and theflavors were excellent. My salmon on rice, though, was cold and when we called Justin's attention to it and asked to have itheated up, he swiftly took the plate back to the kitchen and had it replaced with a beautiful and freshly cooked one thatexceeded my expectations. It was so good! He even went back a couple of times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.Kudos to Longhorn Steakhouse for having someone like Justin on board who made a big difference to a customer's meal.
