I had placed two separate orders from the mobile app. Well we got one order and the second one was taking longer to process so... we drove back around at which time I picked out my fries and began to eat them...that's when I discovered they were soggy andcold. Since we had to go back thru the drive thru to get our second order which at this time literally 2 minutes has passed andwe get to the pick up window and the same employee that just served us just minutes before handed us our drink and informed usthat it would be a minute on our food which was cool... eventually she handed us our food and I had began to hand her the friesthey served us literally 5 minutes before and informed her that we just got these may we swap them out for fresh fries andthat's when she said she ain't seen us before and she knows that's not the fries she would serve this that and the other....Iwas taken back since it was only a small fry...she didn't apologize not once and said she would have to get her manager weagreed to wait at this point I became upset with her actions. 2 minutes pass by sitting waiting on the manager which doesn'tshow . The employee comes to the window saying she knows that's not from her store and she didn't do it. And hands us a nice hotfries and says to keep the line moving she gave us the fries ...not once did she apologize for anything....then we get back toour hotel and I unwrap my sandwich to find that there is a slice of cheese and Bacon added to my sandwich....all I ordered was ahot and spicy chicken sandwich....nothing special about it...so I remove the cheese and left the bacon on which tasted prettygood. But that's not at all what I had ordered. I do not see this McDonald's in my future nor do I see myself recommending to afriend.... Read more
This was already a small McDonald's after the remodel it's even smaller. It feels like a prison.Trash and food on the... floor,dirty bathrooms and staff that looks at you after asking for help and ignores you.Getting ?? only because food was fastbut everything else was just plain bad. Everything needed to be thoroughly wiped down. There were greasy handprints on the walls, all the tables, windows, counters.... Floors were greasy and Everything was sticky. Staff seemed unclean/unkept. Staff was polite and the food was average quality. Read more
Burgers were not what we ordered and when i tried to take them back in they got them wrong AGAIN. Whrn i took those burgers back... they were upset as if it was my fault they gave me the wrong food twice.. and the fries we soggy and unsalted. Just a badexperience altogether. Gave another chance and the mcdouble was very dry and flavorless, while the fries were wet.. yes wet..just literally dripping in grease. Yet somehow weren't even warm.. Read more

I'm torn. When it comes to breakfast or day shift, they're on top of it. The store manager runs a tight ship. However, when it... comes to the night shift, this is hands down the worst McDonald's in Hot Springs, AR. They've told me that they were closed whenthey weren't. I've sat waiting for my food for over half an hour before. Many times they've messed up my order or had missingitems. Worst of all, in complete honesty they've sold me not just cold but actually still frozen french fries. No exaggeration.So, for breakfast or lunch it's a go, but for dinner or late night this McDonald's is the very last resort. Read more
Hearing employees argue about cleaning things, flies all around inside. Food was rushed out so fast, it had to ave sat around.
