Ridiculous that they can NEVER get a pick up order correct. Left 2 sandwiches out of my order, I called they said they had them... "right there" so I go to DT they tell me to pull to the 2nd window I do, just to be told I'll have to park bc they aren'tready...oh and no straws for the 5 drinks ordered.. $15/hr for Incompetence? Just over a year ago..this place was awesome. Opened at 430am, and I used to be there like clockwork to get my coffee. Then,... without changing hours...you'd pull up and there'd be one miserable employee telling you they were the only person...so theyweren't open..night after night after night. Why not change hours ? Sign says "Try out mcrib..it's back !!" Employeesays..."no...we've been out of them over a week" I say "maybe change your large overhead sign?" Employee looks at me like I'm anewly arrived alien. Beautiful Hot Springs has the distinction of having THE WORST McDonald's. If your day is going a little toowell ? Stop on in !! Used kosk, no receipt, manager said can't get receipt from the kosk and check in register will not pull it up. Food took... forever, they deal with drive through instead of walk in. Ketchup was hidden under front counter, took me asking 3 times forketchup and a customer reached over counter and pulled it out. Will never darken the doors there. Read more
The french fries did not taste right and did not have enough salt. I said I was going to eat in and they gave me carry out. I... ordered the quarter pounder with bacon no cheese which was correct with the exception of my burger still being red and undercooked. The Tea tasted like it was sitting all morning so it did not taste right. While I was waiting on my food one of theemployees were singing loud and the other employees egged her on to keep singing. I have never had a experience like this at anyMcDonald's. Read more
Must have been a trainee working the drive thru because it took forever getting up to the speaker and then getting my order... made. Lunch time is probably not the best time for training IMO. The food, however, was fantastic! Definitely giving you somestars for the freshness and quality of my order! I'll try this place again in a couple of weeks. Read more
It's a McDonald's. The food is usually tasty, and service is quick. Order is usually correct. However, this location ALWAYS... closes early and NEVER opens on time. Otherwise it's not bad. But since the hours are never right, it gets a 2 star. Read more
It was 10:30 p.m. they wouldn't let our basketball team in. Drive thru only is what they said. But we argued for a few minutes... until they finally gave up and the kids in to order something. It says 11:30 p.m. on the window for dine in. Read more
I'm done. Inept, incompetent, can't get a simple order straight. They're confused easily and I've lost my patience. They were... convenient as I was a regular 4 day breakfast a week thru the drive thru but never again. I cut em off finally. I now patronizethe Rise and Dine cafe. I go in get excellent service and we'll worth the increase Read more
