The pizza is good, the service is terrible. 5 people working, but only one can run the register so even though my pizzas were... ready I had to wait 15 minutes for the only lady who can manage the register to finish helping the drive thru. Ugh Read more

Upon delivery, the pizza was so undercooked that the crust pulled away from the rest of the toppings - pure dough. We even tried... to bake it ourselves; however, it was stuck to the box. Haven't been back to Papa John's in a couple years. Tried to give them a chance at the new place. Have never been talked to so... rude. They asked do you want to order pizza or not, while I was trying to ask about specials. I said I would I call back andthey said, You order online! I will never go back to Papa John's in Hot Springs. I ordered a medium barbecue sauce, chicken, and spinach pizza with original crust well done. My order arrived 45 minutes later... and there was nothing well done about it! When I called they said "we will send another Pizza" and to No Surprise when itarrived it was no better than the first one. I will no longer order from this store and I advise others to do the same. Ordered a large supreme pizza with half only pineapple. ended up getting half cheese half of supreme. Pizza was left at my door... with no alert that the pizza was delivered. I ordered the pizza at 8:30 and got it at 10:45. Pizza was barely warm. Pitiful. Read more
I ordered wings when I recieved them they were covered in dirt like they had been dropped and put back in the container. The... garlic knots I ordered were burnt and the bread sandwich thing I ordered was uncooked. The owner ross that I called to makeaware of the issue suggested I dig thru my trash to bring him the food. I didn't ask for anything and just wanted to make himaware of the issue. He did not believe me and wanted proof of the food that I had thrown away. I am considering bringing him atrash bag so he can dig thru it.
