I love ordering from Pizza Hut because the staff is so friendly and the pizza is always delivered on time. It is always hot and... fresh and the delivery driver always calls me to let me know they have arrived, set my order on my porch, gets into her car andmakes sure that I get my order off the porch before she drives off. I placed a curbside order and drove to Pizza Hut. I had 4 minutes left until the app said it was done. After I got the... notification that it was done, I waited 10 minutes and then called to check on my order. She told me they only had two pizzasdone and just put the third one in the oven. I waited almost half an hour on the third pizza and called them again. She told methat they were about to have her call me to see if I was still going to pick up my order. I WAS THERE FOR 45 MINUTESWAITING!!!!!! I told her that and she apologized and said they were getting it ready. About 5 minutes later my food was broughtout and my food wasn?t hot, it was barely warm. The person who brought me my food didn?t say a single word, did t apologize,offer a discount, a dessert or anything. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. ???????????????? Read more
UPDATE: Got home with $20 stuffed pizza and there was not even 1 pk of cheese or peppers? ????Wonder if they had read my review... while we were waiting?? Older woman, on right register as you come in, was extremely rude!!! Haven't tried pizza yet but willnot be back. The other lady was very nice and patient. There is only one menu to look at and it is at the register. They shouldput one on the wall so their employees don't snap at customers visiting for the first time..js!!! Read more
