I LOVE THE CHOCOLATE BENIGS, MADE FRESH TO ORDER- I WISH THEYD LEAVE THEM IN AT LEAST 3 MORE MINS OR DONT PULL EARLY, TO GET... I bought 2 of the $6 big boxes, agreed to the 50¢ upcharge for Mac and cheese, got home to see that the container was only... about 1/3 full. Horrible. They never answer the phone. My order was cold n rubbery. And we waited for 50 min for our order and then they bring... it out w no bag no napkins and forgot the rest of my order then I asked for a bag and hot sauce n ketchup and she gave me a wetbag was so gross. I'm here right now ordered an 11 pc special with three sides and a tea paid for the order and was told I had to pull up and wait... on Cajun rice waited ten minutes watched five cars pull away and one walk up customer leave with their orders so I got out wentin to be told they are holding on two biscuits cause they are out of biscuits now!! Absolutely the worst Popeyes I?ve ever ?tried? to eat!! Ordered 4 pc chicken meal and was given a chicken breast, 2 wings and a... tiny unidentifiable piece that resembled half of a chicken wing. The only halfway edible piece of chicken was the breast. Everypiece of chicken was dried up and basically crust, no flavor at all. The coleslaw tasted like pickle relish and was probablysoured. I walked in at 9:40pm when they don?t close til 11pm. The manager rolled his eyes and was rude when we got ready to try an... order. He tossed his head set, was real short with us, acted like it was huge problem for us to come in and order. We walked outand left. There is absolutely no point in management acting that rude. Food was good, chicken strips and red beans and rice are favs. Atmosphere for customers could be better, managers need to be... professional and give employee criticism in private not where the whole store front can hear. That is unprofessional and not agood customer service experience. Read more
