Was my first ever visit to this chain. Cashier came by to make sure the sandwich was made the way I had requested (it was), and... I appreciated that. That sweet red chili sauce is exactly that, sweet with a dose of runny nose spicy. Not quite sweaty pitshot, but definitely runny nose spicy. Read more
Food was not fresh at all. Our fries and chicken were warm at the first bite but one minute later the food was cold. The... restroom was disgusting but worst of all was the customer service. The young lady at the register (a different male name was onthe receipt, but she had colored, braided hair) was rude, quiet, and slow. She barely spoke above a whisper to us and made usfeel like we were a nuisance to her. We also saw her treat other customers the same including an older gentleman in his 70s. Wewitnessed her drop ranch on the floor and took about 10 minutes to pick up as her and her coworker kept stepping over it. Restaurant was not very clean. Employees not friendly at all. Employee asleep in the lobby booth Then got up had her hand down... the back of her shirt. Then went straight to the kitchen and made herself some food to eat no gloves nothing no washing herhands. Horrible. Read more
The food came out so hot and fresh, it was all so good. They have some of the best fried mushrooms. The strawberry cheesecake in... a jar is heavenly. There weren?t any clean tables when we arrived and never seen anyone clean them while we were there. Thebathrooms needed attended to. One of the kitchen workers kept scratching his head and playing with his hair, thankfully he usedgloves to handle the food. The whole place needs a good cleaning. Read more
Got food here the other day. It was so bad. All the food (chicken strips + fries) tasted like they were covered in salt. Neither... me or my mother could finish the food. I happened to have a sore throat that day and the chicken burned it so bad, I assume dueto the extreme salt content because no other food did that. I?m not sure if we just came on a bad day or something, but it issafe to say that we won?t be back anytime soon. Read more
