Charged us $32.76 for 2 wraps, nothing special, my wife said she wants the sub just like it says on the menu. Horrible people... and horrible manager, praying they fail soon. Read more

I hadn't been to Subway for at least 6 months, and when I choose a location this is the one I go to because of the convenience.... I have always had great service, and the food has always been what one would expect. However I ordered the Subway Club foot longfor the first time, and it was the best sub I have ever had. Service was phenomenal. I ordered 3 subs online (the other two forother people and dropped them off at their house so can't review on their purchases). Drove to the drive up window, let themknow why I was there. Was told to drive up to the door and they would bring it out. The sandwiches were immediately brought outto my car window, they still felt warm even though I was almost a half hour later then the scheduled time to pick up that Ischeduled. The young lady that brought them out to me (sorry I don't know her name) was smiling, handed them to me and weexchanged pleasantries. All around great experience. Thank you Read more
Let?s just say whoever made our subs messed up completely. I asked for a turkey italiano and got just turkey and no veggies. I... ordered another sub and didn?t have the veggies that we requested. Paid extra for a bottle drink and got a fountain. Paid extrafor bacon and didn?t get any. The owner did send us a coupon for a free 6 inch but we ordered 2 foot-longs that were completelymessed up. Ordered online today 3-26, got there to pick it up waiting for them to bring it to my car, an SUV pulls up besides me and they... get their food before us, no problem. Guy gets out of their SUV after a few minutes and takes a Subway bad back inside thencones out a couple minutes later. They bring our order to our car and we drive home, should have looked at it first, bothsandwiches had been unwrapped and you could tell they didn't come that way. Already home, don't feel like dealing with trying toget sandwiches replaced that were delivered to the wrong person. In the trash, can't believe they gave us sandwiches that weredelivered to the wrong car and were unwrapped. Done with subway. Read more
This place is very clean, and the staff are very pleasant, very friendly and will put a smile on your face. I have been to many... subways here in Hot Springs and other states. They were nothing compared to this Subway on Central Ave next to Tropical SmoothieCafe. Thank you to the guys that I told I wanted a 12-foot subway when I meant 12 inch. Lol. They were awesome.
