The online order was wrong and when they fixed it on the 2nd and 3rd try I gave up. Ended up not receiving 3 things on my order.... The manager was trying to fix it but seemed to have trouble with his employees. I ordered a power bowl with double chicken double cheese. I got home to find out it had no beans, NO CHEESE (after paying extra... for it), no sour cream, and no tomatoes. It had barely any chicken on it either. Went back, told me ?our bad, we?re out of thoseingredients?. No offer for a refund, nothing. I said what can we do, they said nothing. The last two times we have visited this location have been bad. The first time we were rushed when placing our order and given a... total before having the chance to order drinks. My fiancé tried to add a drink at the window and was told he couldn't do that.This time we actually ordered kfc instead of taco bell and we were shorted one of the bowls we ordered. We should have checkedbefore leaving but there was a line behind us. Tried to call when we got home and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Worst Taco Bell EVER!!!! In the middle of our order we were Welcomed to Taco Bell Again and 3 times we had to say what we wanted... and see still couldn't get it right. She huffed and sighed when we even tried to place an order like it was an inconvenience toher. Not sure what was going on but I sure hope it gets fixed. Read more
Last year this taco bell was awesome. Tonight was lousy service. Savanah did not resolve this issue. Tacos were barely filled.... If you going to give us half the food then we shouldn't be charged it. Very unprofessional and downright rude. Read more
