My boyfriend went into the store on Nov. 13th to order food and to get the free Smoothie off his app.. the manager Wendy took... the order. He showed her the app after she had already rung him up and told him that he should have showed the app before sherung him up and that she couldn?t re do the order. So he ended up paying 13 in some change. Not only that she was very rude tohim and when I called the store she said that it happened to another customer and she told them the same thing. She also forgotto ask what side order he wanted and the chicken was dry and the shells were burnt. I will NEVER order anything else from yourcafe. She was rude and and acted like she did not care. You are supposed to take care of your customers, even if you make amistake. She didn?t offer anything to make up for what happened. I?ll take my money elsewhere. Read more
Man in drive-thru was extremely rude. We sat at the window saying hello for several times.. he finally came on and asked if we... wanted to order or no I don?t know why I would be in the drive-through sitting at the intercom if I didn?t wanna order. hehanded the headset to another woman because I told him there?s no need to be rude .. she took our order we pulled around theyhad to apologize several times for his actions and when we got to the window he kept saying ask her why I was rude how was Irude We got two free edible straws from the woman but that still does not make up for the fact that he has horrible customerservice!! Tropical Smoothie is priced about the same as other fast food businesses. The one thing that is different is the Central... location here in Hot Springs asks for a tip for the drive by window. The last time I went I was a driver for someone in my carthat wanted to order, placed a order for a wrap and a smoothie at the window they ask for a tip. The person purchasing said nothanks after that I was treated curtly it was not a pleasant experience. Also the wrong item was in the bag so they did noteven get what they paid for. Read more

My favorite smoothie was the watermelon mojito because it was legit like a biting into a watermelon. No overload of liquid... sugar. Best part, edible lime straws. That's the stuff of dreams, I craved it all summer. Read more
They were busy when we arrived. They did pretty good job serving. Food was fast also. Only thing I noticed is that they were... making lots of mistake on orders as they were making items which were already made and then looking for that customer whoordered it. I did find that they had 2 new hired employees they were training and was the reason the mistake were being done. Iwill definitely go there again when I get chance as the rest of the employees were great while teaching new hired. Smoothie werenice. And food quality was great at well. Read more
