I was the worst customer imaginable tonight. I showed up to pick up my food tonight 5 minutes after their closing time after... I supposedly ordered my food 5 minutes before they closed. I had ordered at the wrong restaurant?.. they were so willing tocook my order even though their cooks were cleaning their pans and stations. From owners to cooks, they wanted to make ourdinner for us. I appreciate their service, quality of food, and willingness to go the extra mile. Read more

Usually not bad. I really enjoy the walnut shrimp. But this time I got sesame chicken and it was just so plain. Hardly any sauce... and the rice wasn't fully cooked. I suggest u check that ur happy with ur food before u leave. Read more
Everything was cooked to order. The food was GREAT. I got the Dragon Phoenix, egg drop soup, spring rolls, and egg rolls. The... chicken was perfectly spicy and the shrimp and veggies were perfectly cooked. I will drive back to Hot Springs just to eat here.Highly recommend. I don't think I've ever had a bad or mediocre meal from Wok Express. The food is always delicious, hot, and high quality. I've... been dining here since 2017. The owners are very nice, the employees are super nice and most have been there since I starteddining there. The menu features a lot of choices and I don't know how they do that but it's all high quality ingredients. Theycan get really busy but they're fast regardless. I call ahead and then pick up but if you just order when you arrive then it'sstill pretty fast. It has to be one of the best deals around due to the affordability and quality ratio. Read more
Nice place to go for Chinese food in Hot springs national park, Arkansas. We ordered General Tso?s Tofu and cashew chicken. The... tofu tasted great with the fried rice but the cashew chicken wasn?t good and felt bland. It?s a nice place for Chinese food pickup and good at pricing as well! Read more
Called in around 9 pm and placed order for Cashew chicken. Live across town, got home, opened food, no cashews in food, way... too many carrots and celery. Food nit good. I order from them frequently, same thing, always been good but not tonight. Verydisappointed! Read more
