You started a new thing this year where people can order on a computer ahead of someone that's in the store and I think that's... rude and unacceptable. I have been twice now and had to stand for 15 minutes waiting for computer orders to be made as opposedto me the paying customer right there in front of you. Read more
Very good food abd workers. The exterior could use a little remodeling.
It is now called Sturgis Subs and it operates just like a Subway but with better options. I loved it!
Reliable as always. Enjoyed a meatball sub as a protein bowl without the bread. Delish!

The sandwiches were good but the makers were alittle shy with veggies etc compared to other subways. Also I was with a lady... whose hearing impared and one of the gentlemen wouldn't speak up so she could understand him. Read more
The servers behind the counter making our sandwichs had their hair everywhere. One has dread locks in his face. The other 3... girls kinda had their hair in a ponytail. They were all at the serving counter over the food they where hanging down in front ofthem. One ponytail touched the food. I thought South Dakota had laws about this. They also were rude because we were notordering fast enough. Were the only two in the place. Sorry to complain but can't do all of the hair and attitude. Read more
