First let me start by saying I am a Biggby lover ..i have been to over 25 of them all over the state. Houghton was So Dirty. I... am a restaurant worker myself and I'm appalled. The counters and windows are awful. The customer ahead of me put her child'sbehind on the counter while they were waiting. I thought this might be a catalyst to a cleaning with a bleach rag butOhNo!! Look at the towels they are using on equipt. Which is completely illegal with the health department. Owner and Employeesyou should be ashamed!!! Hang your head. Read more

I'm disturbed that their daily specials only apply to their specialty drinks. Regular coffee overpriced.

Didn't get their names, but the 2 girls at this Biggby Coffee were great. The greeted every customer with a big smile welcoming... you to their store. They also engaged the customers in conversation. One of the best Biggbys I have been to. Read more
