Every time I?ve ordered from this dominos it has been slow. Plan at least an extra 15 minutes passed the estimated time. I guess... staffing is an issue here. Otherwise the staff is friendly and pizza is good. EDIT 9/30/22 Been to this location several moretimes and the issue seems to be resolved. The timer in the app is usually spot on. Ordered pizza through app waited 45 minutes with no update. Finally called to get an update and was told it was going to take... another 45 minutes to get 2 two topping pizzas. Very poor service. Will never order from them again. Read more
The owner of this franchise does not care about his employees whatsoever, and I would highly suggest not eating here unless you... wanna risk food poisoning. The picture of these bread pan lids is what your bread sides get covered with and the employees touchthem while touching the food they prepare your pizza with ???? Read more
I'm 64, and an amputee. I ordered a pizza from this store and it was left at my door without a knock. This resulted in a cold... pizza. I didn't know the pizza was there. So, I called the store and spoke with the Manager. What a poor excuse for a managerand a human being. He told me if my pizza was cold... microwave it! ????. Well, this individual should find another form ofincome... like Barber ???? College. He was such a coward he refused to give me his name. What a spineless and unprofessionalrepresentation of Domino's. I'm disabled and value who I do business with... but this poor excuse for a human being needs tofind another form of existence. I have to drive a hour one way to get to this store and every time I order, the pizza is amazing. The ingredients are fresh,... the food is hot and always done on time. The staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. By far the best Dominos I?ve had! Keepup the great work!! Read more
I ordered a veggie pizza for carry out today. I am a student I don't have a car so I walked 30 min (come and back) to get it.... When I came back home I found that pizza have sausage in topping all over it. I called then and they said they will deliver meanother one in 15 min. After 35 min i called them back and they said they are putting that in oven now and they also need myaddress. I was so surprised that why did not they ask me earlier and what took them so long for a replacement pizza???? I am sodisappointed today. I usually only order domino?s pizza. As the general manager of a different nationally growing, yet very popular chain restaurant, I can recognize quality when I see... and experience it. This Domino's has never failed to deliver high quality food and service. On the rare occasions something hasbeen less than the standards set by this Domino's, they have immediately corrected it. Once they even corrected an issue beforeI even had the chance to discover it. If you like the quality food that Domino's offers these days, you will not bedisappointed here.
