Stopped by at 1pm and got thru the drive up in an out and polite person with the rite order
Ordered a Turkey Swiss sandwich? I replaced the Swiss with SLICED Cheddar cheese. They gave me cheddar sauce? The sandwich also... comes with spicy mustard, they put HONEY mustard on it. What a waste of money. Read more
It's 2:30 in the afternoon and Arby's of HL just lost out on sales from my family since for whatever reason their dinning area... is closed & it's drive thru only. The vehicle we're driving today has a VW "AIR COOLED" engine, so No Thank you to the drivethru line. I guess their CEO would rather make it easy on the employees than actually make money. 2nd time I've sat waiting at menu only to discover it was closed. Put a sign up so people quit wasting thier lunch break waiting... on a non functional buisness. Read more
Absolutely the worst...20 minutes in line at 11:30 am. Bad order taker cold jalapeño bites. Cheesesteak sandwich a joke no meat... all bun either microwaved way too long or steamed way to much. Usually a good experience. Drive-thru can be a bit of a wait sometimes. Workers are usually pretty friendly. Andrea definitely... needs to work on her people skills, though. Read more
Had to sit a repeat my order three or four times and by the time we got to the window I paid for my food. Moved forward for the... next person. And so can also recheck my order only to find that I was missing one of my sandwiches and had to go back throughthe drive thru. Read more
