I ordered wings, deep dish howie bread & a chef salad. The deep dish Howie bread was cold & there was NO salad with my delivery... & I had asked for BBQ for my wings not Buffalo. I called directly to see what happened & the girl who answered the phone neverapologized & said well I have 1 driver so when he gets back he can deliver it to you on his next trip out. So, cold bread, smallwings eat that without your salad, your salad may be there within 45mins but no apologies, no offer to give me somethingadditional at no charge, nothing. RIDICULOUS. I called and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and was told that they had... no record of my order being placed and it must have been because there internet was down but I can not see how that is so sinceI didn't order it over the internet I called the the store and ordered it.
