"Tried" to order a couple pizzas.....couldn't understand the guy on the phone as its a call center in another country. Asked to... order from the store, he transfered me and they said online or call center is only way to order. Tried ordering online, butfailed everytime I tried to add it to cart. I ordered wings, deep dish howie bread & a chef salad. The deep dish Howie bread was cold & there was NO salad with my delivery... & I had asked for BBQ for my wings not Buffalo. I called directly to see what happened & the girl who answered the phone neverapologized & said well I have 1 driver so when he gets back he can deliver it to you on his next trip out. So, cold bread, smallwings eat that without your salad, your salad may be there within 45mins but no apologies, no offer to give me somethingadditional at no charge, nothing. RIDICULOUS. I called and placed my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and was told that they had... no record of my order being placed and it must have been because there internet was down but I can not see how that is so sinceI didn't order it over the internet I called the the store and ordered it. I tried to call in a order tonight and found out it goes to a call center. I could not understand the person on the other end... of the phone and they had a very thick accent and spoke broken English. I ended up driving to the store and ordered in person.The young lady at the counter seemed like she wasn't sure how to deal with customers and was kinda rude to the lady in front ofme. When I went in to pick up my order after my 20 minutes was up I ask the different person at the counter what the directphone number was there, he was a little short with me and said its our secret not yours. Then told me use the howie app. Idon't understand why they feel they need to use a phone service and we can't dial direct to the store.. Have a person takeorders at store and help out making pizza's. That seems pretty simple.. I think I will go someplace else from now on. Read more

Just ordered delivery as we normally do food came quick as usual and driver was very pleasant. After opening the pizza and... finding it was wrong we called up there to let them know. Guy on phone was pleasant and fixed the problem quickly and had thecorrect pizza brought to us very quickly. Will still be ordering in the future! Read more
