Hands down the worst location I've ever been to. Waited in the drive through over 20 minutes. Decided to leave my husband in the... car and go inside. Those poor kids were so understaffed I felt awful for them. Only 3 people working and they were severelyunder trained. Stopped in to get a hot and ready or anything pre-made. They didn't have any items pre-made except for an Italiancheese bread so I got that because I was desperate. It definitely was not cooked all the way. I certainly will never come backhere again. Location showed open until 10pm. I pulled in the drive thru at 9:20pm. Nobody was standing at the window so I waited a few... minutes. Someone pulled behind me so I honked and nobody answered. I tried knocking and they ignored it or didn't hear becausethey were talking and taking pictures while eating. I tried calling and two employees looked at the caller ID and just walkedaway. Finally someone noticed me and they came to the window. Tried ordering a hot and ready with breadsticks but she told methat they just closed and all they had was a thin crust pepperoni and plain cheese. I brought it to her attention that the opensign was still on and that I was waiting but everyone ignored me and pulled breadsticks to eat. She then told me that the person(Hailey) that was doing that didn't work there. So they just let someone who doesn't work there pull food (that I wanted to buy)to eat and take pictures with the actual employees before the closing time. To everyone one that is writing reviews saying theydon't pick up or they pick up and put you on hold, it's strictly because the employees don't care and just want to spend timetalking and being on their phones. To top it off, when I got home, they gave me a cheese pizza instead of a thin crustpepperoni. Read more

I tried to get through on the phone Which took forever,finally got thry and was told to hold. She set the phone down and never ... returned! I figured they were busy so stayed on the line. After about 22 minutes I hung up. I called back and no one saidanything when they answered,just sat the phone down and never came back to it again! This is not the first time ive had a issuewith this place and there service but am pretty sure it'll be our last! I heard it was new owners now,I wonder if they know howthere place is being ran!? I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place is something else. I've gotten 3 hot n readys now within 2-3 weeks and it's... pretty much a whole pizza because they don't cut it all the way thru! My HOT n ready was OLD and ready. I get it's a $5 pizzabut thats my dinner and I prefer to eat pizza that isn't old!
