Worst, slowest experience we?ve had at a McDonald?s in years. Avoid this one and drive out of the way to go to a different one.... Also lots of things not updated (bathrooms, working w online ordering, drinks etc), maybe because it?s privately owned. Read more
Worse service of my whole life. Had to give a simple 2 for 2 order with no onions I had to re place my order the same way four... times and they still managed to get it straight wrong. And the manager on duty or whatever you wanna call her is a rude woman wewill never be back! Way to go McDonald's lost a customer. Read more

No person on register, and had to go order with kiosk order. And not able to pay with it. So had to hold a ticket to get in the... line again on register. With kids waiting and impatient for food. After getting the food, the staff only gave two packs ofketchups for 3 people. Had to get in the line again to ask ketchup, she only wanted to giVe another 2 and hold 3 in her hands. Iasked all of them. And it is just enough for us. Very unpleasant experiences. Read more
Very slow. They always make you pull off to the side to wait for food. How hard is it to put straw and napkins in your bag.
So this particular McDonald's is basically like ever other McDonald's but there were several things that stuck out to me... here. There were Several people that came in and left because no one was at the counter to take their order. Employees wouldpeek around the corner occasionally to see if anyone was waiting and they would sometimes see someone.. but often people wouldcome in.. wait for help for a bit, look confused.. look at the ordering kiosk anxiously.. and then leave without food. I'm finewith mobile and kiosk orders personally, but clearly not everyone is.. and here it kind of seemed that if you wanted to orderwith a person you might be out of luck. There also is no fountain drinks available, a sign saying no refills, no station fornapkins or ketchup, and again nobody at the counter to ask for anything.. but I don't wanna be unfair, that might be par for thecourse at all McDonald's post-covid for all I know.. I rarely eat inside, I'm just traveling right now and wanted to stop. Butfrom what I saw while stopping here for about 20min.. is it seems very unwelcoming for any guests that aren't comfortable withthe kiosk ordering process. Read more
The last few times I've been here have been very disappointing. Today there were three cars ahead of me and it still took 20... minutes to get my food. When I did, I was missing a chicken mcnugget and my fries were half empty (picture attached). I won't becoming back to this McDonald's. Read more
We on 15th July 2022, on the way to Mackinaw City, had a stop over here for few minutes, had some snacks and takeout here. The... items were delicious and tasty. We found this McDonald?s restaurant is a good option for dinner, desserts for dine in andtakeout for travel through this route. Read more
