Looks like the hamburgular got ahold of my large fries on the way home. Maybe next time I'll order an extra-large fry to make... sure I get a full carton. By the way, not sure if it's just a Houma thing, but they ask you "What's the name"? so that they cantrack your order. Might I suggest "May I have your name please"? Read more
I'll probably be kicked out of church on Sunday but I think McDonald's has better sweet tea but... my food was awesome and staff... was super nice. Chicken strips were fresh and real meat. Waffles fries are always superior to regular fries. Cookies and creammilk shake was amazing. Mac and cheese was only about a 6.5 out of 10. They were amazing. Fast very friendly, and it was overall a great experience. I asked for a refill for my mother while she... stepped away. Went back to my table and four other employees passed by stopped and asked if I was able to get my refill for mymother. It was the first time I saw them. Read more
I was given a redemption card by Chick-fil-a back in February 2021 due to them messing up my order. The redemption card was for... a free item (fry, soft drink, ice cream). I went to the Chick-fil-a in Houma, LA today and placed a order for two cob saladswith grilled chicken. I received my order after waiting 10 minutes and they prepared the salad with fried chicken. I gave theorder back and they said they would have to re-fix the salads. While inconveniently waiting I asked to redeem the card for asmall soft drink. I was told that the card was expired and that they could not honor it. WOW! If that was not terrible customerservice I don't want to see it. If I could have given no stars I would have. So the card that they gave me for bad service thefirst time wasn't even applicable after they gave me bad service the second time! Read more
