I just want to say that I come to this location quite often, and I never truly had any issues. You?ll never know what type of... service you will receive at any fast food restaurant, but the day I went here, Adrian and Jasmin were so sweet! They were verykind, and I can tell they were having a good day. With their positivity and politeness, I left this McDonald?s with a very greatimpression! Even the lady who handed me my purchase was nice! I wish I would?ve gotten her name too, but I hope this teamcontinues to be who they are because they surely made my day with their kindness! If anyone from the higher ups reads this, Iwent on 9/28/22 around 10:30-10:45AM, and I really hope the ladies working throughout the drive-thru get praised for theirexcellent customer service! We did not have a great experience at this McDonald?s today. My mom and I decided to dine in, but when we walked in, we didn?t... see anyone behind the counter (which is still behind a wall of plexiglass). So we used the computer to place our order, andgrabbed a table number tent as directed. Then we proceeded to sit at a table for nearly 30 minutes. No food. We went up the thecounter and had to say ?Helloooo? Is anyone back there?? And wait a couple of minutes before a young man walked over, handed usa bag and our drinks without a word, and walked away. Our burgers were sad with barely any condiments on them, our fries weretepid, and our chocolate shakes were zebra-striped (barely mixed). What?s the point of the table numbers if nobody will bringyour food out? Why did it take so long? And why was it prepared so poorly? (We only saw 1-2 cars go through the drive thrueither.) A woman came in (a manager?) and demanded that her cheeseburger be served to her on a tray, and that she wanted freshfries. Why didn?t we have a tray as dine-in customers? I craved a juicy beef burger and this location delivered. I ordered a Qtr Pounder with cheese meal, and got my craving... satisfied. Also left w the most consistent cuppa coffee in the good ol' U S of A ????. Two improvements? I had to go inside forthe fountain drink forgotten in the drive-thru, always annoying, and my medium fries could've been hotter, I ate half of them. Updated review: So I actually think this place has stepped up its game. I appreciate the employees attitudes and the hot and... freshness of the food! Sooooo sooooo good! Food is usually subpar. Room temperature at best, and burger patties are full of burnt debris or are just overcooked. Fries are... almost always cold and disgusting. Need to be thrown away. When they're hot, they're great, but after they cool down, they makeme want to vomit, and I'm not exaggerating. More than once I've wasted my reward points by ordering and then waiting in one ofthe drive-in spaces only for no one to ever come out. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. I've even had it up to 15 before, but I usuallyleave before that. When I order and pull in, it's usually on my way to work, so I don't have time to just sit around waiting foran unreasonable and excessive amount of time. And this is for one item. Not some huge order. And it's not because it's superbusy. I don't go during the rush. I must have wasted 20,000 points by now because of this. All in all, when the food is treatedproperly, it's great. But it's rarely treated properly. It's a convenient location on my way to work so I'll try to give it afew more chances. For now. I'll just have to get there super early to make sure I have time to wait. But it's heading down thepath of quite a few other places I've stopped going to. Read more
