This place is disgusting, even while no one is in the dining area. I can only imagine how bad it is during peak times.

I'm only giving 1 star because of my drink mocha frappe it's not a snowball she had to use a long spoon to scoop it out it was... stiff still full of white ice it was not me correctly and she knew it and by me running late for work I had no choice but totake it. Read more

I tried to get breakfast on 3/16/22 at 9:15 am and was totally ignored by the manager behind the counter who was moving in slow... motion. I called to her 3 times but she just continued focusing on the drive thru never acknowledging me or the other 3customers waiting at the counter. After 5 minutes I just left and went to Burger King. Since I have had really bad service herebefore I should have known better. Unless you like being treated badly, just skip this McDonald's. Read more

There was a long line for the drive thru; about 6 vehicles in front of me. As soon as I got into the line, the car in front of... me pulled out of the line and left. I assumed they had been waiting a while so i decided to park and order inside because therewas only 2 ppl in line. Well, unfortunately for us, they cater to the drive-thru cars faster than they do inside. So, weactually ended up waiting longer inside than we would've waited in the drive-thru line. Either way, I was not upset because themanager was friendly and we saw the employees working hard. The manager locked the restaurant behind us because he wanted to beable to focus on servicing everyone in a timely manner but he couldn't do that with a full restaurant AND drive-thru. So, hedecided it would be best to focus his employees' efforts on one line (drive-thru). I just wished he had locked it before I hadgone in, but no hard feelings. The food was fresh to order. We got everything we ordered. Overall, great service even whenunderstaffed. Read more
