Minus the line for the drive-thru, the service was pretty good. Friendly folks and decently quick service
One of the worst fast food places I?ve ever been to. It?s close to my place, so I get breakfast here about once a month. I... usually order curbside, and this location literally does not bring out my food. The last three times, be waited 15-20 minuteswhile lots of cars go through the drive thru, and I?ve eventually had to walk in and ask them to give me my food. Twice,they?ve actually argued with me about my order. Bear in mind I have the actual order on my phone and have to show them this toget all of my food. One of the shift managers is very friendly and just seems short staffed. Another is argumentative andapparently can?t read an order. I never go through the drive thru, because the last time I tried that, I was stuck in line fora long time?one of those times where you see people behind you pull out. But I?d already placed an order and got stuck just carbefore the drive thru window, for probably 12 minutes or so. It?s probably the worst managed fast food place I?ve seen, sobeware. Don?t come here in a hurry. There?s a Wendy?s just down the street that gets people on and out quickly. Edit: writing this as I just got my curbside order, actually quick, accurate, and friendly. I bumped up a star and hope they continueto improve. Last Edit: Done here. Last time. Went to drive thru with 2 cars taking up the two drive thru lanes. Did not move. Cars were pulling ahead of each other, being rude, trying to get in the lane they thought was going to move. I just pulled outafter a long wait and no movement. I work at very close to this restaurant, so it?s very convenient for me to go there and get a quick snack for lunch. Lately,... they have been having many fruit flies and unclean areas, and especially today, i was VERY disappointed with my service. Themanagers are the ones that make it impossible there from what i can see. They have some great young workers there, but themanagement is lord and very rude to their employees. Katelyn, i believe her name is, threw my bag of food at me through thedrive through and i almost missed it. Worse service I ever received the manager in at the time made my ice coffee wrong and then tried to blame the back Cash employee... talking about she rung it up wrong which she did not. She then proceed to mess my coffee up again. I would have went back but Iwas in a hurry. The attitudes with thus staff is a deal breaker for me and will be never coming back Read more
The most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been in. The Ice Tea literally had black mold on their Ice Tea dispenser. The drink... station was unacceptably filthy. Dirt grime on the floors. While we were waiting for our food, I was thinking to myself, do Ireally want to eat their food? When my wife received our food, she told the ?MANAGER? Desiree that the drink station needed someattention. Desiree the ?Manager? literally walk away from my wife and did not respond at all. We then walked out with the foodand checked everything. My egg McMuffin looked like they wiped up their dirty floors it. I went back in and received my moneyback. I asked Desiree for her name. She told me her name and was very courteous after I asked for her name because I think sheknew I was going to complain to corporate and goole reviews. Read more
If I could have given no stars I would have 1st they trying to rush us off yet have my frapee wrong, they are rude no customer... service worth anything, my daughter didn't get her chocolate milk per request my burgers was all the way wrong one was no onionsand other was extra pickles they put the one with onions in the no onions wrapper not and had extra pickles on the actualburger they made with no onions and put it in the extra pickles wrapper Read more
