I usually come to this sonic often to get me a sonic blast or a milkshake, but after this time I don?t think I?d get anything... from here again. It?s July 4 around 8pm. I order two milkshakes one Reese?s one mms plus some other things which they messed upon as well. I order a mini milkshake for my daughter and for myself a small. Well, they made both of them a reeses. As mydaughter was drinking her milkshake at the end of the milkshake thinking it was a reese candy nope it was a freaking penny!!!!!She drank the whole milkshake at the end of the cup she finds a whole penny in the drink.poor customer service I let it slide,I?m like whatever but a penny!!!! Ordered my food, it came out quickly. I drive home to eat which is 3 minutes up the road, but when I pulled it out the bag the... fries was cold and the burgers outside the wrapper felt like it was refrigerated, sure enough it was cold as ice. I call them tocomplain and they said I could bring it back, 5 minutes before closing. Why not make it right the first time, it isn't like thisfast food is cheap and not to mention the gas prices. Generally the food from one Sonic to the next is relatively the same or very close to it. I have no complaints about the food at... this location but the wait is quite long. Maybe hiring a few more car hops or an extra cook might help. It's always a busylocation which is not a bad thing. I just think they need a few more employees. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a chili Fritos pie and the Fritos were so stale I can?t even believe they served... it. I wasn?t going to do a review but about a week ago we ordered from there and our burgers were wrong and the fries were coldand old like they had sat out for hours. I will never order from that sonic again. My family loves sonic and we usually go thereabout once a week, but just moved to this area so this sonic is not our usual sonic. They really need to get it together and dotheir quality control checks because this is ridiculous. Read more
