Foods not bad at all but workers don?t even wanna be there & their operating system is contradicting as heck

I ordered my food online thinking that it would be at the North Sam Houston location only to find out that it was off of Leadale... Road. In the pouring rain I drive all the way to Leedale Road get inside the location and the young lady tells me the food isoutside at the truck. I get to the truck only for the young lady at the truck to tell me they don?t have my order. She thenproceeds to tell me she will go inside and look for my order where I just came from. Needless to say I ended up leaving with nofood because at this point I?m soaking wet and they cannot find my order. Now I have no food and I am out of $13. I will neverdo this again. Read more
This is the 2nd time I've been through drive thru to get a Frozen Daquiri and it's watery. I think we should be told they are... not frozen so I have the option to purchase or not. I got about 1 mile down the road and was very disappointed. Yes it stilltaste good but If I wanted a drink I could have went to.the liquor store. Read more
ONE OF HOUSTON'S FOOD GEMS - The food is exceptionally good. The alcoholic drinks are mixed just right and satisfying. What's... keeping me from giving them a 5-star rating is (1) the delivery of customer service needs working on throughout the entire team;provide fluid customer service without attitude. (2) If they can streamline the efficiency and effectiveness of their ordertaking process thru preparation to delivery of your food items so you don't have to wait over 20 minutes for your food - WOULDBE A GREAT IMPROVEMENT.
