This place was terrible. The tea was extremely overpriced and tasted like water. Literally it tasted like water, with maybe a... shot of tea flavor. The macaroons for bone dry. And they had zero flavor whatsoever. They just crumble like dust. I would notrecommend this place at all. Read more
I used to like this place but I went in there roughly 2 weeks ago on a Friday around 12PM to order 2 drinks with aloe in them... and when I brought them to my car I didn?t see the aloe in them. Since I was buying them for friends I wasn?t about to tastethem. I brought them back inside and talked to the guy that took my order and told him I order these a lot and can normally seethe aloe in them but didn?t see it. I wouldn?t try to be an annoying customer, but I paid extra for the aloe and I always tipthem so roughly I paid $5 extra for this. He insisted I just couldn?t see the aloe. Sure enough I brought it to my friends andthere was no aloe in it? annoying. I called back later to explain the situation and request a refund. The person I spoke toknew exactly who I was and told me that wasn?t a problem. 2 weeks later no refund. I really don?t appreciate this kind ofcustomer service. This whole process could?ve been avoided if you could have simply checked that you got the order right andmade it again or refunded me as you said you would. Wouldn?t recommend this place anymore because this just isn?t good customerservice. Read more
Neat place off Richmond that has a good selection of boba teas. I had the Assam with soy & only removed 1 star bc the base is... already sweetened. Wish they had it where you could choose the level of sweetness. The Earl grey macaron was pretty good aswell. Read more
The boba here was perfect! The staff is really friendly and the milk tea was impressive. Really good place to get bubble tea if... you are in the area. Overall, I'm happy with the service that I got and the quality of the drink that I got. Read more
