Hostess and bartender were friendly and efficient. I ordered the fish and oyster platter and unsweetened tea. The slaw was good.... The fish was okay but not to my liking. The oysters were burnt, greasy and the crust was falling off. I don’t send food backso I ate what I wanted and left the oysters and one fish. The bartender, I sat at the bar, asked if I wanted a to go and I saidno and explained why. She offered to ask the manager for a discount. Looks like I received a 25% discount but ticket doesn’texactly reflect what I ordered or received. The manager never bothered to come view my plate or apologize. Read more

This is a nice relaxed place. The grilled oysters are a must have, but still a little different from their Louisiana location-... though they are still very good. Fried alligator was well seasoned. Actually, one thing you will notice about this place is thatall food is well seasoned. The food also comes out very fast and very hot! It's worth mentioning that the majority of menu itemshere are fried. Definitely not a deal breaker, you just have to be in the mood for it. Go give it a try! Read more

The shrimp tacos were very good. My sis wishes she had ordered them too. The root beer float and bread pudding ware also... great! We went during restaurant week. Read more

I arrived at around 1pm on a Thursday and sat at the bar. I was greeted by a super friendly hostess. She has great and sincere... energy. The bartender greeted too and took my order quickly but wasn't in a rush. I saw peoole eating chagrined oysters sittingnext to me. I ordered a dozen. Mmmmmm so good. I love them. What a great relaxing time! Read more

Two stars for a decent bloody Mary and pretty quick and polite service at the oyster bar. Blood Mary was flavorful but wish... there was a spicy option. The oysters weren't my favorite - there was a guy constantly just shucking oysters behind the oysterbar so they were sitting out, and this was the first seafood place I've been to that did not service oysters on ice so they wereroom temp when we ate them. Oyster shooter was way too strong, was basically just an oyster in a shot of liquor with no otherflavor. Ordered a salad since I figured you couldn't go wrong with that, and that was good. Read more

To be honest they have the dirtiest raw oysters I ever had. They are full of sand, inside outside and even on the plate itself.... The rest are pretty good, seafood are very fresh. Food delivered very fast, we finished the entire dinner in 30 minutes. Parkingis a problem here. Read more

The service is very good but perhaps they are too persistent to take your order. In addition since they send your order... electronically at the table everything comes fast. Almost too fast but I can probably also caulk that up to going early. Whenits busy this may be less of and issue or completely different. That said, it ended up not being a very relaxing experience butthe food was very good so I can’t really complain overall. While not the best seafood in town I would still recommend it fora good Louisiana food experience. Read more
