As a longtime lover and fan of American Girl I have been waiting for the time to take my little one here! As we were leaving the... mall I seen the store and wanted to pop in, knowing it was about 30 minutes or so until closing I just wanted a quick look sonext time I came I could already have a better idea of what my little one was gravitating towards. Lady who greeted us politelylet us know that we could still browse but the store would be closing shortly. No problem, we continue to look and we noticedanother associate close to the front just watching and sort of trailing behind she comes and asks if we need assistance we lether know not at the moment and she let us know if we weren?t in need the store was already closing down. I let her know thewomen who greeted us let know that it closed at 8:00 and we would be leaving shortly. Wasn?t even in there for 5 minutes. Shelooks us up and down and says fine then that?s fine and continues to just awkwardly watch and trail behind making it feeluncomfortable to even look. Another family comes in and she politely says hello and asks if they have any need of assistance andafter they too declined she encourages them to continue looking and goes back to watching us look around. After that moment wedecided to just leave. Not sure why we received a different approach but definitely made for an uncomfortable experience.Hopefully it was just an off moment and will give another chance in the future but did want to mention in hopes management canrelay the message to treat all customers the same whether they?re younger or older families. The store is so cute and the displays are very well done in showing off all the accessories and different themes each American... girl doll represents. Will def be back. All the workers in the store are very nice and helpful. Came for my daughters 6th bdayparty and she is now obsessed. ? Read more

My daughter and I are huge fans of American Girl! I read the books when I was little and now I get to play with my daughter?s... dolls! Yay for me!! I mean, I play with my daughter. (Hahaha) We love walking around the beautiful store, we talk about eachdoll and what she likes about them, their story, the pet, what era they lived in. She is so curious and has amazingquestions! This visit we went with her cousins and they spent time watching the ladies do the doll?s hair in the salon. Toocute! They had so much fun giggling and chatting throughout the store. Finally, my daughter found Corinne?s baby brother! Thisis what she had been saving her money to buy herself. She also decided to buy 2 of Kira?s books! We wish they would sell morebaby items and a tiny baby koala too! Can?t wait to come back and visit again! We wish they would open a store in Austin, Tx!!They should have a Cowgirl for their next doll! Read more

i really like this store. my daughter loves it. we been coming to this store since she was 2 years old. We had a quite a... collection. But the reason I am giving five stars are no only because of the toys. Indeed, my daughter loves going because shecan play with dolls that are in display. She plays at least 2 hours and I am no exaggerating. The staff never, never beendisrespectful and they never reject or ask us to leave. I really thank you for that because my daughter loves so much and it isher favorite store. if you have girls believe me they will love this store. We dont necessarily buy things all the times.sometime she just goes to play with dolls. I hope this tradition never changes. Read more

This store was such a treat. loved the displays of the past dolls and present ones. The 80's doll is just adorable. So many... accessories to choose from. We walked away with a hamster cage as a pet for our American doll. Such a wonderful treat! Read more

As an American Girl collector of over 15 years I was thrilled to visit a new AG store. This store is on the smaller side... compared to some of the other ones but is still a great place to shop and see the dolls in person. Their cafe is only open onweekends and I wish that was reflected on the store's website somewhere, but oh well. Very friendly staff and the store was wellstocked and organized. I hope to return again someday! Read more
