First time visiting this location, the food was terrific and the service was top notch. The dining area was clean. The problem... with this location is the homeless. I was approached in the dining room by a male asking for money. The staff saw the malein there asking customers for money and nothing was done. I imagine it's a big problem and the employees have grown accustomedto this. I won't return, it's not safe and the dining in experience is not as protected as one would think. Read more

Angella (think that's her name) the shift manager is amazing!!!! She went above and beyond the customer service experience. I... haven't had Arby's in over 10 years the menu had changed a little but most of the options are still the same. Would have loved achocolate turnover but I tried the strawberry and cream pie the Reeses cookie. Had to wait over 15 minutes for food and my fries were cold. Excuse given....."my bad you got bumped off the screen..." What... garbage. Not coming back to THIS arbus again. I should have gone next door to Taco Bell......judging the Diablo Chicken on justthe sandwich ....not the 15 mnutes to get it, The Diablo Chicken is the spiciest of most of the big/popular fast food chains.The sauce flavor is a great smokey spice flavor...unfortunately my chicken was dry and the wait time made the buns very soggyand not to palatable, along with very soggy lettuce. I would try this sandwich again if I am near a differwent Arby's.Dissappointed in this experience. Read more

Super slow. It took me 15 minutes to get two roast beef with cheddar sandwiches and fries. Well you would think that since it... took so long you would get fresh fries, but nope not only were they cold and old, they apparently ran out of curly fries so theythought it would be a good idea to fill the bottom of a large fry with crinkle cut and then put just a few on top. Then ofcourse I get home and the bag completely rips and all my food landed on the ground. Worst arbys I have been too and we travelall other the country due to my husbands job. Maybe they need to hire a new manager or completely shut this location downbecause it?s a shame to the name! Read more

First time at this location because it's new. The bread was cool, the fries were old and stiff. Because of traffic, I didn't go... back. It wasn't the same taste as the location I used to go to. I'm not sure I'll try this location again. Read more

I am an EMT I enjoy going to Arby's for lunch as we get 50% off. Well today I go by my partner gets her meal 50%off when I go to... get mine there is something wrong and I only get maybe two dollars off but I go to pay and immediately Arby's returns the money.It happens a couple times. The manager an older Asian woman would not let the employee familiar with that type of discount dothe order and it wouldn't accept the money. I ordered a meal but charged for everything separate. She kept charging for the piethen the discount then the rest and even the register knew that was not right and wouldn't accept the money. So the whole thingis because the manager wouldn't listen to an employee I was forced to eat at Burger King ???? as you know the King has beenslipping ???? lately. I am only giving the low score because of the manager . The other employees were nice and respectful asusual. Read more

Check this out: I walk in, I was greeted by a beautiful young lady with a smile and was told that she would take me order when I... was ready. With this being my first time there, I stood in front of the menu not knowing what to order. The variety had meflabbergasted. Once I approached the menu closer, another young lady came to the register and asked if I was ready to order. Istill wasn?t, but the fact within the first five minutes of being there, the workers there were eager to help. After a few moremoments, I ordered. The food came out in under ten minutes, the customer service was out of this world. When I got back to myresidence, the food was excellent. I had the brisket sandwich with curly fries and the Root beer I drank was very refreshing. Iwill definitely spend my money here again. Read more
