When I walked in the store I asked one of the girls there if they had a cake I seen in their website, she told me she didn't... know because the cake decorator only worked mornings, so I looked through the catalog they have on their counter, I lookedthrough it for a good 15min, then proceeded to place my order and pay for it, then a girl came up to the cashier and told her"we don't do photo cakes anymore, the machine has been broken for a while". They're clueless, and have no idea what they'redoing. I honestly feel bad for them, the general manager needs to definitely step up his/her game and start running thisbusiness effectively. Read more
We went yesterday (June 19, 2021) and the place was FILTHY!! The girl (?) serving us wasn't doing anything when we walked in and... the other girl was wiping a cabinet that was empty. The floor was full of crumbs and trash. Sticky ice cream on every table andchair to the point we had to eat our ice cream in the car. Also, don't let me forget the long hairs I found on the napkin holderby the cash register. ???? Never again. The new owner - Sean - doesn't seem to care one bit that the place is isn't taken careof. I go often to buy two Quarts of Baskin Robins and always got them full. Today I just went to get two quarts and the employee... (girl) didn?t fill the first quart to the top, as they alway do. I told her that and then she opened it and added another scoop.When I got home the quarts were still not full! I don?t like this service because I am paying the full price for my quarts. Read more
