Don?t expect to get what you order here. We placed three simple orders! We ordered a mint chocolate chip shake (they claim they... were out), we ordered a chocolate shake made with vanilla and chocolate syrup and they forced us to take a shake made withchocolate ice cream (doesn?t taste the same when you want hearsay?s chocolate flavor) and we ordered a vanilla malt but no maltcame in the shake! Super custom service very courtesy ice cream was delicious just what we were looking for a lite dessert.
I came here for Uber pick up three times. First time I came and ask a stronger, tall man how about my order, he so angry and... yell to me wait. Second time another service attitude is nice, but he tell me have two flavours they don't have. Let me transferhis words to customer. Third same guy told customer's order Have something they can't supply and let me contact customer.Actually this is their job to contact customer to amend the order. Six months ago, I was served a sub-par banana split. The owner graciously responded to my complaint with an order on the house... for next time. That time was tonight. Not only did I receive another banana split, but the whole order on the house (2 bananasplits, total). That was very nice, as I had expected to pay for the other one. The staff were very nice about it, and handledit right away, no questions asked (I showed them the email from the owner on my phone). First time experiencing Baskin Robin's, both women who attempted to take my order spoke either no English or spoke so softly I... couldn't hear them no matter what. They couldn't understand when I was asking for a waffle cone so they just said they didnthave any and started at me dumbfounded. I tried asking what other options do they have and they stayed silent? Only giving 2stars because atleast the icecream wasn't bad. Read more
Do not recommend. Came through the drive through for my daughter today and was met with two very unclean looking full of... attitude young ladies that had little respect for themselves, their jobs or the companies they represent. We prefer a specialtyice cream, and were curious why we couldn?t find it the last few times we?ve been to different locations, the response we gotwas giggling and ?it?s called running out of ice cream?. Something I learned a long time ago was to pick my struggle. If I?mgonna look ratchet, unkept, and have a poor attitude I?m gonna need to evaluate and PICK MY STRUGGLE. It?s sad to say thesegirls did not, they lost a customer, gained a horrible review, and reflected their company, their manager, and most importantlythemselves like ratchet ghetto queens working a minimum wage job with superiority issues.
