Vermachelli "boom" bowls are great, all the flavor of pho without the hot broth to weigh you down. awesome flavor in the... grilled pork and I love that they chop it up small enough to mix with the noodles and veggies. Oversized bowl makes the servinglook small, but it fills me up every time. I add a bunch of Sriracha to the dressing before pouring it on to give it a bigkick. Staff is quick and friendly, place can get a bit crowded at lunch but they've always found me a place to sit. Read more

Pho is pretty good, their teas and boba drinks are delicious! The bahn-mis are extra large here, very flavorful beef/pork.... However, Every time I place an order to go, I always ordered a flavored iced green tea with tapioca. They charge me almost 6dollars for the drink and never add any tapioca in the drink. Read more

We walked in and the tables were filthy. There were 3 workers standing behind the counter talking casually to each other. After... sitting at one of the few clean tables, waiting for the servers to come greet us and provide menus, 10 mins had gone by and westill were waiting for menus. A couple walked in maybe 7-10 mins after us and they were greeted and provided menus promptly. That was it! We left and will not be returning. Horrible service and dirty place. Zero?s all around! The food quality does not match the price. The only thing that tasted food was the smoothie can't really go wrong with a... smoothie. The food felt like cheap Chinese take-out and not vietnamese. I could understand if it's aimed more at a more"american" audience like all these tex mex style restaurants. So if your look for authentic this is not it. Also customerservice needs to be taught to the waitresses it not your job to judge customers and make them feel uncomfortable. You just needto be polite and smile. Be rude on your own time. Listen, i?ve had A LOT of milk tea in my lifetime. This place, by far, has the best matcha milk tea. It already comes w/ boba,... it?s not an extra cost so it?s only $5.50, which is the cost of milk tea elsewhere but without boba. The matcha wasn?t bitterand it?s the right amount of sweet and creamy! I fell in love at first sip. They have really yummy pho too in big, affordableportions. This time around I had their BBQ Pork Bahn Mi and it was delicious with juicy meat, great blend of flavors in a warmbaguette. Read more

The food here is flavorful, and the customer service was competently handled. Tofu Curry, Chicken Curry, and Tofu Spring Rolls... are some of the dishes I ordered. I have to say, after sampling each one, Bibo's Cafe is doing a good job in the flavordepartment. The Tofu Curry has a sweetness that I'm not used to tasting in curry dishes, but it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet.Personally, I like curry dishes to be more savory than sweet. Those Tofu Spring Rolls are fresh; perfectly complementing otherdishes. Bibo's Cafe's food isn't necessarily gourmet, in my opinion, but it's far above fast-food quality. I ordered thedelicious Strawberry Tea; absolutely refreshing. In addition, when I ordered an iced coffee, I asked for additional packets ofsugar just in case the sweetness wasn't up to par, and they served me a large handful of sugar packets: I thought that wasgenerous. Sending my gratitude to the server, Alondra G, and the chef(s). Splendid work! Read more
