ALL I wanted was to get my food IN A TIMELY MANNER and go back to my hotel room?? I was the only person making an order. The... lady there seemed to not want to make my Parmesan meatball sandwich. Kept saying they were cold and to give her 10 minutes?wellit ended up taking longer than that before she even started on my food. During the process she seemed to take her slow, sweettime and dropping the meatballs during the process?having to get new ones to heat. If I wasn?t so hungry after my flight then Iwould have just walked out?professionalism was quite poor even though she was nice to me????????????? After she FINALLY finishedmaking my food she did admit to me she hated making that particular sandwich because it?s hard for her to make. The original sandwich I wanted couldn't be made, because they were out of the meat needed for it. So I got a meatball sub, the... lady behind the counter had to heat those up, but half of them were still cold. She clearly never worked at a sandwich shopbefore and received apparently 0 to minimal training. I.e. whoever owns the franchise at the place is sparing everyexpense. Avoid. Read more
Lady working there was very nice but that is the only positive. One sandwich took 30 minutes to get, I was the only customer.... Very cheap ingredients, I do not recommend. Read more
