This place is ridiculous?. This is the second time I?ve been to this location and has had a bad experience the staff is rude we... walked in a everyone just stared at us before some guy walks over to us and say sit any where then he grabs the menus andproceeded to direct us to a booth when he just told us to sit anywhere then the guy leaning at the bar tells him to take ourorder and he says I?m not taking their order and cooking the food you do it the guy at the bar continues to lean over thecounter and continued doing whatever he was doing on his phone so we waited 10 minutes more before we decided to just walk outon the way out the guy that was leaning at the bar says to us I was coming?. Wings are good staff is pleasant except for the Hispanic manager she is very unprofessional & rude as hell! She is not a leading... example for staff who takes direction from her. That is the only issue with that location on I-10 & federal (Burlington's)location. Unsure if she is still one of the managers there but I certainly hope she is not I use to spend every other day eachweek on wings and fries. My visits lessened after an experience with her rudeness & seemingly forgetting I was & am a grownwoman too. Her approach to everyone she said was unprofessional remedial & unneeded! She even told me I could leave rather thancorrect the order in which they messed up I don't work there I'm just a customer & one who definitely don't play games about myrespect as well as anything I spend my money on. You can't just talk rude to someone & offer a customer a choice of refund & toleave rather than handling professional business. That establishment has reduced in overall satisfactory service, fresh fullycooked orders etc. I've even seen some of the employees seemingly under the influence of something. The Hispanic female manageralso seem a lil tipsy herself which may have been her issue if she wasn't a natural a**hole. The prices have increased which isbusiness & understandable but NOT a dime of mines will spend for rudeness, incorrect & uncooked orders as well as overallunprofessionalism. There is a young lady who is always always kind attentive to your order/needs & she deserves recognition ifshe is still employed unsure if I have the name right but I think it was Allie or Alice. There are some employees who are nice &professional working hard in a disturbed & untrained environment especially if they have/are receiving direction under thatfemale manager. Read more
Nice setting , no waiting to be seated. Very attentive staff ,clean restrooms I recommend this place for family.

I was only satisfied with the girl that took my order, but I'm guessing it was the cooks that messed up the order. I asked for... lemon pepper mild and I always ask for this same order but today I got these nasty wings in return. These are not lemon peppermild because the ones I always get are more yellow colored and ACTUALLY have lemon pepper on them. They were cold and had noflavor. This is not the first time they mess up the order but I go back because in general they are good wings. However I willnot go back again because of this incident. This place is horrible never go here!! I had a very bad experience 1 year ago I got cold wings right out of the fridge they... refused to give me a refund Them and Uber eats I was out $30.. I went tonight for a margarita only figuring they can't possiblyscrew up a margarita!!!! But they figured out how to screw it up.. there was no flavor in the margarita at all it was just ice Iwish I could put up a photo to show you!! Severely understaffed, we were waiting to be seated for around 10 minutes. Just 2 waiters handling all customers. Tables were... dirty and they had to bring the cooks to clean the tables. Food is good and our waiter was friendly and attentive but theoverall experience is we are not coming back to this location. Read more
