Took my family out to eat for a nice evening after a trialing week. The experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was a jackleg... substandard customer service. Seems after the Pandemic the service industry is poor quality wide spread. We receive BloodyMary that was basically Tomatoes Juice with pepper and wasn't as shown as advertised on their TV screens. The wings were justok, they were over cooked and dry. The waiter was non friendly, very short and dry personality. We had to ask for plates,silverware, napkins on separate occasions. Waiter Never came back to see if we needed anything. We waited for our check 15minutes once received the waiter took off we received a check that was not ours. $52.00+ for 15 wings, 2 Tomatoes juice 1 friesand a coke. 52.00 completely over inflationary prices and to get the jackleg quality service. Its a crying shame we have toendure this. I hope they fix that. And it goes for the entire restaurant services industry. Read more
I am familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings but first time at this location. The place is very clean and as always a nice setup with... the the multiple TV screens. I order the Cheese curds and they are the best compared to other sites. My waitress Beth was verynice, professional and very easy on the eyes. Will make it my new place to stop by after work. The service was just not good. It was Saturday around 7pm there wasn't a lot of people but it took too long just to approach me... to ask if I needed help. Finally they did but it's just their heart didn't seem to be in it. Just bad customer service andthey're missing happy joyful or at the the very least courteous service. The place looked dumpy, like they don't really takepride in basic things like cleaning. They appeared to me to be lazy. By the time the did get to me I was actually picking up aTo-Go order...when I got home they had forgotten the large fries, we asked them for celery and there was no celery either theyforgot the celery too and they forgot extra ranch. We called to let them know that we were shorted and it took so very long justto get them to answer and when they did we asked for a manager which took several more minutes. I went to pick up the To-Goorder myself they were not that busy. Very poor service, with an attitude of I don't care. I told my wife that that was the lasttime we're ever going there. That's too bad. Romeo was everything a server should be, hands down. We frequent a lot of places all over town and honestly Buffalo Wild Wings... isn?t one of those type of places, but will be now. Thank you very much for taking care of us throughout every part of our visitwith you and not just where the tip counts, but our experience as a whole. This company and one?s alike would be very lucky tohave people like you take care of their patrons. Wings were great, I say desert heat, but suggestions on flavors were very muchappreciated and we found some we didn?t even know we liked. My family, ages from 26-7yrs old My children love this place and i enjoy seeing my babies happy and satisfied.. The food is... great and the drinks are always great. Service was HORRIBLE! Like really! $10.79 for 6 wings ???? yea just go by you a whole chicken ???? for that price! Very... overpriced. Queso (white) was amazing ???? and the wings were good I just hate drums ???? and they give 4 drums and 2 wings. Butthey were good & fresh!!! Only reason 3 stars is because the salsa was old! My stomach is still hurting! My friend got thesalsa as well and hers was spoiled too! It was NOT fresh at all so I?d advice not getting it until they make new salsa or ordernew salsa but ewwww!!!! This used to be one of our favorite places to go to every other week. But now it's gone bad. Besides 1 or 2 servers service is... bad. Took 20+minutes to get out drink order and we had to move seats for that. The food was bad (look at photo) like it wasmade from someone without experience. Vegetables were bad.
