I called about 20 times to cancel my order. I couldn?t get thru I drove an hour round trip for them to tell me the phone wasn?t... all the way on the hook so that?s why the didn?t get my call. Now I have to eat cold food ???? Read more

Food was okay overall, but I wouldn't come back with all the different lunch choices around. My spinach tortilla selection was... a mistake. Not only did it not go well with my order (my fault on that) - it tasted flash frozen/stale/almost moldy. Read more

Ordered two crispy veggie (tacos $3 each) through ritual. Chose couple toppings on each. They only gave me the toppings. No... stuffing inside. No one cared when they made it, but they greeted as I entered ?Welcome to Bullritos?.. for what? To get rippedoff??! Reading other reviews, no wonder.. may be they figured it?s a ritual order (someone/somewhere) and not going to be arepeat customer. Unacceptable. Read more
