Without knowledge of the menu, they work well to make you feel like you're wrong. What's a 2 for 6$?? Wow ????????

Stopped by tonight to grab a quick dinner ended up making our own food at home waste of 30 bucks. I?m posting this review here... due to the BK survey system being down. We ordered a impossible whopper combo no onion, a jr whopper with cheese only ketchupand pickle combo a chicken fries and a whopper with cheese no onion. The Drive through attendant sounded like she was trainingor couldn?t hear very well repeated every thing several time and still seemed lost. Finally she repeated the correct order anddid not give a total but told us to pull around. We get up to the window and it looks like the girls got a blue headphone in herear along with her drive through headset. The orange soda was out luckily we were able to switch that at the window but thekitchen did not accurately assemble the order. Unfortunately the only sandwich that came with cheese was the impossible whopperand we did not ask for cheese the person that eats those is dairy free so not a free upgrade it?s just makes it not edible itwas also missing the lettuce and tomato, the jr. Whopper had no cheese and the Whopper had onions no cheese and a pound of mayothe bun was hard and stale tasting. A few of the chicken fries were over cooked which was disappointing as well and lastly thefries were alright (not a huge fan of Bk fries to start off) Attempted to call the number on the receipt no answer. No longervisiting this location or the one off voss and hwy 6 they can?t get food out correctly to save their life either or whoever doesthe orders for the store is being cheap cause they?re always out of everything. Ok, the spicy chicken fillet was dry and taste like the employee poured some salty seasoning mixture over a regular chicken... fillet ???? should have just gotten the BK Bacon King Read more

Was in the drive through forever Then the order was wrong and no apology. Plus the burger taste terrible

Care more about your job or atleast take care of your customers. 1 person in drive thru and it takes 30 min to finally pull up... to the front to get a cold meal and the wrong things put on it or taken out. On top of that, they don?t even ask what you want.You just talk to the speaker hoping someone is listening. Poor customer service! Need to shut this place down primos Read more

Some days you can come and the team will have you sitting st drive through FOREVER then its days its no wait to place your... order. Food be hot. Do better with moving the drive through line. Waiting over 8 min is a bit tacky. Read more

Ordered the new patty melts today and thought we were going to get some toasted bread with our burgers and all we got was... burgers on bread. Highly disappointed. And the fact that we had to sit there and wait 10 minutes makes me want my money back.Had to go home and put them in the air fryer. I should get a discount for having to finish cooking my food. My burger was so fresh and nicely put together . I ordered extra pickles and I Greatly appreciated that they spread them out... for me????????. My fries were hot and fresh too. Service was awesome very nice polite and fast. I was traveling through butrecommend for a quick stop. Read more
