I just drove through the drive-through on Bissonnet in Houston and the staff were shooting pellet guns at each other inside the... building with me at the window and customers sitting and trying to eat. Two times the pellets were shot at the guy that wasre-entering my order because it wasn?t put in the system and he cursed them each time. I yelled that they need to act moreprofessional and when he finally brought back my food that was not correct. I told him ?that?s a good way to get fired?, and heshut the window. Read more
The manager has his girlfriend in the building after the lobby is closed .The night manager didn't even have a uniform on nor... his mask since its required instead of the building posted on the door. The metro bus operators have to use this place for abathroom and they dont have the common decency to let them use the bathroom this place should be shut down for poor customer,poor food quality and the community hates this location apparently. This place is filthy ,grotesque and needs a complete newoverhaul on employees including management .from the looks of the location its the only thing around to eat the only real reasonthis place has business is because of that. This place is like a day or nite ... During the day it's some what ok but now I've gone at nite and it's like they do not care... .. and always says they run out of things makes seem they don't like working ... Always after drive threw order have to Waiteliterally 20 mins for them to bring the food to my car in the front and they don't have noone inside or drive threw has othercars come around as well .. and on top forget some things like bacon or cheese last time we went .. the buns were burnt reallysad but we was hungry we didn't bother go back fries wass cold I mean we live one street over .... this has to stop with thatplace ... First of all this place is nasty!! The drink area smells like trash, sticky, got flies????. Next, customer service is atrocious.... Didn?t like Burger King anyways and this location just sealed it up. Don?t know how people eat here. Ugh ???? *shivers* Thisplace is a dump. Read more
I swear there ALWAYS seems to be a different problem or issue w this location. "Sorry our system is down" or no acknowledgement... at all at the drive-thru or "we don't have ____". At night it's dark and would lead you to believe it's closed bc all the lightsare off. Parking lot lights and inside lights are off and the workers are just chilling in the parking lot w their friends. Theyleave'em off on purpose? Oh, and the food is ALWAYS cold and a blatant health violation. Read more
