When I ordered 2 medium combos, they charged me for medium-combo prices but gave me small drinks. I asked if they could give me... large fries or charge me less since I would be paying for a drink I wasn?t getting in my order but they would not budge. My girlfriend was trying to tell an employee that the donations bin had a fake $100 bill in it and the guy completely ignored... her and started talking to his friend while everyone looked at her crazy for trying to be helpful?¿! . I rarely leave a 1 star review but this location was not it. My husband and I stopped by here to grab a bite. We were the only... ones in the restaurant. Walking in the restaurant?s lights are dimmed so it appears they are closed from the outside. Maybethey do that so they won?t stay busy inside with foot traffic. While my husband and I were ordering our meals - another ladywalked in with a bag full of clothes and placed it on the front counter. Apparently she?s the clothes plug for all the ladiesbecause they all stopped what they were doing rushed to the front counter laughing and giggling and started looking through thebag grabbing clothes they wanted to set aside to pay. We should had walked out by then. But we didn?t, Big mistake. I ordered aTX whopper and my husband ordered a #2 They messed up our order and gave us two TX whoppers. To what my husband said it was okayand he proceeded to eat it. The meat was not fresh it tasted like cardboard. They did not offer us ketchup or any sauces so Ihad to get up and ask for it. The soda machines inside the lobby are completely turned off and you have to go to the frontcounter and ask for a refill and wait until they have time to refill it. While we were eating hubby and I could hear their loudconversation coming from the kitchen. At one point the ladies in the kitchen started arguing and it got so loud it was extremelydisrespectful. They have no regards to anyone that wants to sit and eat a meal in peace. Will definitely never be back to thislocation as it is screaming ghetto!! New management is needed ASAP And corporate needs to look into this franchise becausethere?s just too many complaints and bad reviews to going on. Read more
Went through the drive thru Horrible service, person on the mic sounded drunk and confused Pulled up, person didn't even say... hi or anything, handed me back my card, didn't ask about ketchup or sauces, or say thank you, just walked off, brought me myfood in a ripped bag, then shut the window and walked off. Had to honk the horn and wait for someone to wonder back to getsauce for my Nuggets. Soda was waay overfilled with ice/barely any soda. Fries were waaaaaay oversalted, I literally caughedand almost choked from the amount of salt on the fries. Took 1 bite from the Whopper and spit it back out, had a strange taste,already drove to far to turn around for a other nor would I even want one from this location. They just slap the burgers together. I have to reassemble it neatly everytime. Surprisingly, my order has been correct using the... app and I'm picky---extra this, no that. They never give any condiments, even when you ask. Always check your bag. Read more

I've ordered my chicken mcnugget along with a burger and a French fried, and i only received burger and French fried. This is... the worst store in the district. Manager won't give you any respect if you attempt to give them changes or coins. If you hateyour job, just quit. Don't do this to others. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Read more
No one answered drive Thur they lady saw us while throwing trash away then went back inside still no acknowledgement pulled up... to the window she looks at me still never came to take order this is the worst location ever this is not good customer servicethis location needs to be shut down because these ppl don't want to work they are lazy.
