I?ve now stopped by this Burger King 5 to 6 times and have never actually gotten food. They are either not open when they are... supposed to be or the line sits still for way too long. I?d love to see a dollar amount for the amount of customers they aredriving to the popeyes next door. For the owner of the BK, pay your people appropriately and this wouldn?t be a problem. Read more
My drive thru order was all messed up. Whopper meat was cold and bun was burnt. Whopper Jr with cheese and bacon had no cheese... or bacon and meat was cold. Fries was cold and old. The onion rings was the same. My order is always messed up when I go to theBurger King store number 4450, but the other burger king near me had no meat or soda the last time I went. I dislike the new design inside the restaurant but the service is still very good and the lady at the cashier taking the orders... was helpful and patient. Service and cleanliness are the most important aspect to me and this BK was above average. Read more
I purchased two Bacon King combo meals and only received one patty on each burger. I'm sure y'all are aware that there's... supposed to be two patties on each burger. I normally wouldn't be too mad about it, but with the cost of everything right now,I'd really like to get what I pay for. After a long day of being out of the house I decided to get a quick bite with my little girl at Burger King before a long drive... home. We pulled up to the drive-through, there were 3 cars ahead of us, the two cars ordered and pulled up a car in front of uspulled up to order and was told to wait (we found out later). I realized it?s been over 5 minutes. I decided it is probablybetter if I don?t wait any longer and go somewhere else to get food for my kid. Read more
Went and ordered a Texas double whopper and a Bacon whopper. Entire time in drive thru to the moment of receiving meal was... around 30 minutes. I go home to see someone had fun with the mayonnaise and mustard. Patty falling off the bun, I mean like theburger was soaking with mustard and mayonnaise. I get it?s fast food and expectations should be low overall. I get andunderstand that but this was on another level of wow. $18 for all of this. Never again at this location. Read more
The building has been razed and is now replaced with a fresh-out-of-the box model. Everything shines with newness. Even the... crew who seem to be learning the ropes. Even so, the grill is in operating condition and turning out good burgers. Read more
This is THE worst Burger I have ever experienced. I went for breakfast and the lobby closed. Ok cool. Go through the driveway... and ordered the French toast combo. I get the order and the hash browns falling apart. It was cooked in old grease because youcan see tiny black old grease spots all over them. The French toast were also greasy. It was so bad, the grease went the hashbrown container and my bag onto my desk. I called several times and got no answer. When they finally picked up, no one saidanything and disconnected the phone. So unprofessional and this makes me never want another Burger King experience again. Thisplace have changer tremendously. Read more
