Came through drive thru today 10/18/22 @1652 and asked for Big Fish cooked fresh. Drove to window one minute later and the... manager (Hispanic female very rude and argumentative) claim it was just cooked. I said in possible it takes 4 minutes for tocook. I refused and asked for refund. The staff is not receptive to instructions and rude All Hispanic and not friendly to alltypes of customers. Corporate complaints will be filed on this franchise. 10/3/22 The rudeness is real on the morning shift here !! And its the managers! The don't know the half about quality customer... service. The customer service here is disgusting! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED! Pass it up go to next location! Read more
The current time of this review is at 1:10 am and the sign on the window says that they close at 3am! I sat at the speaker for... about 5 minutes and no one answered the bell but you can see them standing in the window when you pass the front of the store!That is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I work right by them and when i say anytime and i mean anytime i come to get food they or so slow one time it was no customers ... in there and it still took forever they need to do better Read more
If you come once it?s dark they?ll be closed. Every time i come anytime after maybe 8pm it?s closed. the drive thru screen is on... and everything and the hours on the window say until 3am but they never take your order. you should fix your hours if you?re notgonna be open Read more
I've gone there about 5 times and they've only gotten one order wrong so they're ok 3.5/5. Foods usually good but could be... better. The mcdonalds right next to them has worse customer service than this bk so I guess they get points for that. Read more
Ordered a Sourdough Breakfast King. I got sourdough on one side and either the bottom bun on the other side or a bottom piece of... bread. The sandwich was so full of grease it was too slick to eat. Took it back and the manager says it was freshly made andthat?s how it comes and refused to fix it or refund it. Never have I ever received a sandwich looking like this. Read more
The food was great, but the sign, the person at the window, and the receipt (which I had to ask for) all had different prices,... no excuse for this in 2022. Read more
