Must stop spot every time we go to Houston! I always get the Ètouffée combo with dirty rice but this last visit I got the... Bayou combo that comes with the sauce and cornbread! Loved it! So full of flavor! We always forget to bring cash for that 15%off the bill. Read more
The cafe is a small space with a home cooked feel. This was my first time eating here, but not my last. I was totally over... dressed for the occasion. With the size of my plate, I definitely needed to be in some sweats. The food was hot, fresh, andseasoned very well. Read more
This is a review solely about how they handle credit cards. I was given the wrong order which I had to bring back so that?s the... first issue to how all of this started. Paid $18 bucks for my food ( the wrong order) I return to get the correct order he saysowe you owe me and additional $ 10.65 I shouldn?t owe you anything since I had to return from my house to get the correct orderbut whatever I paid. He then says hey the card declined, I know that?s not true so I use another card all while checking mydebit card. The payment had indeed went through but he said oh no it?s canceled but it should drop off.. I?ve never heard thisand I managed restaurants for 10 yrs. I say well go in and reverse the charges.. I can?t bring in a bank statement when it hitsand we can refund you. I was like you know what.. I?ll just call my bank and get it all refunded. Insane! The manager has noidea what he?s doing. I have never been asked to bring in my bank statement to prove you over charged me. The moment I was overcharged I showed the cashier and manager. Never will I ever return. Read more
