We stopped in for a late lunch after seeing a play in the city. We start with the bread dipping trio for $4. The Alfredo and... penne were delicious but the spaghetti sauce was too acidic to eat. I ordered chicken Parmesan with a Cesar salad and mydaughter got a cheese filled pasta. First that is probably one of the best Cesar Salads I?ve ever eaten. Second the entreeportion side was huge and delicious. We decided to get desserts cooking both terimisu which is my favorite and a berry buttercake at the recommendation of our amazing waiter. The terimisu was not good. They lady fingers were over soaked and grosslymushy but the butter cake was OMG delicious. The chicken Bryan is usually my go to and always on point. My rating is for the service I?ve received. Ordered online to make it... there when my food was supposed to be ready, just to be told they didn?t have the side I ordered. Absolutely NO ONE called toinform me of this when my food was ordered more than 25 mins before arriving. I waited for a side dish to be made fresh when theentree and appetizer I ordered was cold-lukewarm temp. Then they gave me 4 bags of bread with no butter or olive oil. Carrabba's is a great Italian restaurant for a fancier experience. Although not truly authentic, Carrabba's offers delectable... Italian selections at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a fancier restaurant than Olive Garden, but not necessarilygourmet, Carrabba's is the way to go. While all their pastas are practically guaranteed delicious, some star items include thetomato caprese, the stuffed mushrooms, and even their table sourdough bread with olive oil herb dip. The tiramisu is easily thebest dessert at Carrabba's; it was arguably one of the best tiramisus I've had in America. Read more

Ordered take out for Christmas Eve. The disorganization was apparent immediately walking into the restaurant. People waiting... almost an hour to get their preordered food, orders messed up and all around chaos. I was fortunate to be in and out within 15minutes, but items were left out of our order. We had the lasagna meal with salad and bread. Got home to find the Italian meatsauce that?s supposed to go on top was missing and the oil for the bread was missing too. It?s understandable the restaurant wasbusy, but someone could have streamlined the situation better. A guy in the take out area, who seemed to be the manager, wasopenly bad mouthing the customer?s dissatisfaction. He literally said out loud, ?thank goodness I?m off tomorrow because thesepeople are really getting to me!? A manager, or anyone for that matter, should never speak ill of their customers. The Manager Jeff was Awesome and the Server Jesus was Spectacular! I don't usually Rant and Rave but these guys were on the top... of their game. The food was awesome! This is my second great experience here and I will be back it is well worth the money. Ican't describe the food but if I tried I'd say Superior Food and Service that everyone should try! Read more
