Nastiest shrimp po boy I?ve ever had next to Winnie?s.
Terribly disappointed , the corn & potatoes were even ruined no flavor what so ever. I requested the spicy, it taste like a... hot powder seasoning they used . You guys Need to get some advice from lotus seafood on his yo do a real shrimp, crab &crawfish boils. I order the jumbo butterfly shrimp which was not jumbo at all. They use precooked shrimp as to why the shrimp were over cooked.... They were hard as a hard. I asked for a refund. The little disrespectful girl at the register has the worst attitude ever. Iasked to get catfish instead and was asked to pay the extra even though I was inconvenienced. I work in the mall & we love to call places to order being that we have a times lunch, they don?t answer the phone I asked the... manager why they didn?t? She said because she didn?t want to, if I heard her correctly. The workers have poor customer serviceand always have an attitude, I don?t understand. Food is extremely high for no reason. The boy who works the front sometimes isthe ONLY one who actually takes customer service seriously well without even trying but he?s the sweetest the young girl alwayson her food and have an attitude. Wouldn?t recommend, go spend your money elsewhere they don?t care. Read more
Well my expectations were pretty low for a seafood stand in the middle of the mall. I'm not a local, but it was cheap compared... to where I live (you can't even buy crab legs for that much in the grocery store in my area). Wish the wings were not breadedand that I had lemon for my seafood, but other than that no complaints. Definitely hit the spot for me. Read more
All the low star reviews are Karens and pics are BS. I drove 170miles and stayed in the Galleria and stumbled upon this place... and ate there TWICE in 2 days because we loved it so much? seafood platter was great. One huge fish fillet, bunch of shrimp and3 oysters plus 2 sides for a little over $10 and was so much I couldn?t finish it. My husband and I both loved it and highlyrecommend for the price!!! We got seafood platter plus fish platter and 2 drinks and wasn?t even $30. Read more
I usually get the tenders but today for my break inside the Galleria mall, I chose the catfish and shrimp! My brother came to... see me for my break and he got the gumbo. Iveth was the cashier and we'd like to thank her for recommending the gumbo andgiving us a sample. They really need to just leave. Just got a picture of actual tenders, but turn around and sell this for $16.45 when you can go... to a local public school and find the exact same food. Tenders should NEVER be this thin Unless it?s clearly processed andpre-frozen. Never go here Read more
