This place has gone downhill from their food, to their customer service. They seem to have gotten tired of having so many... customers. They have cut back on many of the things that made the popular in the first place. They no longer provide chips andsalsa, or paper plates or flatware. Tonight I ordered two one pound family meals, I had a few questions that I asked the persontaking my order, but he/she??, didn't have the time to help me. When I got my order, the price was significantly higher thanthat listed on the menu. I guess that it's time for my family and friends to find a new place to get Mexican food! Read more
This place used to be excellent. Now the restaurant is just a (taco) shell of itself. It touts as being open 24 hours from all... its outside signage but that is a lie. I have come to this place on multiple occasions in the mornings wanting to order a bigbreakfast for my family. I have been met with all sorts of we?re closed stories. One time I was told ?Our cashier isn?t hereyet.? I guess the owner doesn?t trust all their employees to not handle money? Todays excuse broke the camels back. I pulledthrough to the drive thru and was met with silence; I thought no problem, I guess they didn?t hear me saying hello. I pull upand I see a silhouette of a person at the window. I yelled hello more than one time. No response. I tapped the car horn once. Nomovement from inside. I tapped it again in quick succession this time and finally it stirs. Dude was definitely SLEEPING. Theguy opens the window and sleepily says ?We?re closed, I am waiting for my people to come in, no one is here.? Please changeyour signage to not say 24/7 if you cannot staff your restaurant to accommodate the hours. The food is hit or miss, theemployees definitely need a raise to boost morale and their parking lot is littered with pot holes. Parking lot flood lightingflickers something fierce and could be bad to people with epilepsy. The place is falling apart. I don?t think I will be visitingthis place any longer and you shouldn?t either. Take your business elsewhere so this place can finally close. Read more
Large portions for cheap. I love the taco shell salad with steakhouse beef. Sometimes they don?t have it so I?ll pivot to one of... the dinner plates. Good rice, good beans, fresh guacamole salad, lots of sauces to choose from, well seasoned meats. Perfect forlate night munchies. Read more
Surprisingly one of the best tasting Tex-Mex Food served To Go nearly 24/7. Great variety of breakfast, lunch & dinner items... prepared well with very generous portions of meat & cheese, with condiments. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Okay so this place has my favorite tacos in Houston so far. I've tried a bunch of places but this place beats them all with the... tacos. And the fajita is sooo good!! But the pancakes.... I'm pretty sure they were from the day before maybe the week before?Nasty. I will still be going for the yummy tacos, maybe they'll work on the pancakes. Read more
One negative is that they never reopened dining In. It's all drive thru. But it's My favorite Guacamole Salad. Good staff, but... I really enjoy the menu. Read more
A few years Back e went to chacho?s while out in Houston. We ordered food and thought , ?you know what let?s get a lg nacho you... share? There were 4 of us and we couldn?t even make a dent in it. It was awesome food and all 4 of us could have asked for. Read more
There Was five little pieces of steak in my steakhouse beef fajita burrito!!!! On top of that I asked for extra steak and extra... guacamole. I got the guacamole but NOT the steak.
