It took forever to get our order, I'm not complaining about that because I think they were very understaffed. That being said,... the only thing they got correct was my chocolate shake. The fish sandwiches had lettuce and sauce (yes, I did ask for these tobe removed), the #1 did not have the bacon I requested and was charged for, the mozzarella sticks didn't have the marinara nordid they have the ranch I was also charged for, and the drink for the #1 was not a root beer as request, it was a dr pepper andflat at that! 1130am, 7 August 2022. Went through the drive thru, no answer. Drove to the window, no one in sight. Parked and walked up to... the doors, locked. The neon "Open" sign was on, but I couldn't see anyone. This place should have its franchise revoked ifthey can't even turn off the open sign and post a note. Read more
It is July 10th 2022 Today, the two boys Dagmar and Reece cooked me amazingly fresh food and in a timely manner. They were on... the only ones cooking in the kitchen. Love the young lady (Shari) in the drive thru when I go. She always friendly and male you smile when visiting. Always willing... to go above and beyond for customers. If she doesn't get a raise they could loose a great future business woman. Read more
Update: 4/19/2021 Well, it?s been over a month and service, food, and freshness has not changed. In fact it?s gets greater. Was... starving and managed to get my work truck in the parking lot. Got the Double fish & the chicken sandwiches. Both were hot andmade fresh! Finally, I have one near the house. This is my third visit and food is freshly made, order is made correct, serviceis good....I?m happy about that, cause I?m picky when spending my money. God job to the staff. Normally I get great food good service. Today was not the case. Pulled up to the drive Thursday at 9:47 pm to be meet by the... manager in charge Chrishaun at the back door with a wad of money on his hand(Very professional), and tells me they are done forthe night. That whatever I was thinking of getting i was not. Correct me if I'm wrong restaurant closes at 10 pm not 945 likeChrishaun said. When question why he said its because I have kids working here. Not sure how thats the customer problem. Maybehaving kids working late is not the solution. When I requested the corporate number he said they didn't have one.
