Went to this chick fil a for lunch and ordered a salad, picked it up vía curb side. Once I got back to work to eat I noticed I... had some brown lettuce, at first I ignored it and just picked it off and continued but I started to noticed a few more. Idecided to call management and spoke to a ?manager? to address my concern. She basically did not believe me and said that isimpossible because our salads are cut fresh daily in the mornings. I told her I feel offended at the fact that she thinks I?mlying. She asked for me to take it back, but that was an inconvenience for me since I was working and after work I drive theopposite direction. Long story short, she still couldn?t believe me so I said do I need to show you a picture of it, and shereplied yes and had me email this picture to two different emails and one of them ended up being a bad email. Then she said shewill upload a salad to my app which by the way I never got. It really surprised me to get this kind of service from aChick-fil-A. But I can confirm it is only at this location because at other locations I get the customer service they pride of.At the end of the day weather they were to give me a new salad or not it was the approach management took and how they addressedit. Not only is this facility clean, amazingly fast, and serves hot, delicious food, but Management is fantastic. Above and beyond... attitudes to help. When we stopped there to dine in and our vehicle died and our battery backup was not working, a nicegentleman from management came to help when we asked if anyone can help jump the vehicle. Drive thru was not busy around 5. Service was quick and fast. Nuggets were kinda old but tasted fine.
What the heck happened to Chick-fil-A?! This location used to be great and quality was always top notch but not anymore. Went... there for breakfast and the chicken was old and dry, the hash-browns were soggy and cold? No more condiment bar, no more sauces,no more coffee creamers, no nothing! The owner/company needs to stop allowing traffic to block the intersection. I've come close to getting hit multiple times... because I can't go around to pass the line that is in the middle of the intersection. If someone gets hurt or killed, it willbe the owner/company's fault for allowing this to continue. The food and service is NOT worth anyone's life. Read more
I was looking forward to having Chick-fil-A today. It?s been a while since I?ve gone there. Unfortunately, they?ve changed. I... had ordered a cool wrap and large waffle fries. The meat in the cook wrap is not sliced thinly. Now it?s cut in chunks. Whychange a good thing? Also, the amount of fries I got is the amount you see in the picture. Before leaving the drive-thru, Itold the girl there that they didn?t fill it up all the way. But she said, ?That?s what we do now.? I?m so disappointed. Hence,the rating I gave. When you?re looking forward to having something that you haven?t had in a long time and your expectationsaren?t met, it?s a real letdown. They used to be generous. Oh well. This chick fil A sucks I have them a second chance and both experiences were horrible!!!! Look how dark these fries are either... they are overcook almost burnt or the grease is too old. Smh have them 2 chances I will never spend money at this location againon God? Read more
