Got to the restaurant and went inside. I went straight to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering. There was a... woman/employee in there who was coughing up a lung. I didn't know it was an employee at first, until she came out of the stall.She came out coughing like she was coughing up a lung, still. No mask...she didn't even cover her cough. I know that she couldsee hellfire on my face in pure disgust. I go out, to the counter to order. She then comes out. I asked another lady if sheworks in the kitchen, because she walked back there. The last told me she preps food. I really got sick to my stomach at thatpoint. Like...y'all just want employees to come to work hacking all over People's food. Really. Sickening. I left. Read more

Literally the worst chick fil a in Houston. The only reason I give them my business is because I work around the corner. Todays... complaint, I ordered breakfast to my home health clients address for delivery through chick fil a at 8:42am . Not a 3rd party.I noticed the delivery time kept delaying . This is a common occurrence for this location. Sometimes my order doesn?t go throughon their end. When that happens , I give them about 45mins before calling to check in. I called to check on my order afterwaiting an hr and 15 mins just to be told that they don?t have delivery staff. That?s understandable ,but what?s notunderstandable is leaving the option to have food delivered available in app. I went to the store in hopes that the matter couldbe rectified, but was met with McDonald?s quality customer service. My issue remains unresolved at 10:11 am. No breakfast,noapology, just bs. Do better! Read more
I usually like to pick curb side and like that they have this option. They are fast and my order is always right. The are not... always friendly but not rude either. Overall they do a good job . My only complaint is sometimes I forget to scan for points andthey give you a sticker receipt on your bag. It doesn?t have the store number on it so how are you supposed to insert missingtransaction. I hope they fix this because I am sure am not the only one that thinks this is inconvenient Read more

Came to this place got 2 meals of the number 1,, asked for a large size and this is the amount of fries I get , got a large size... knowing there?s more fries than the medium and small , but wasn?t the case this time had asked the burger to be with no cheeseand it came with cheese , they fill up the fries as if it?s coming out their check ,bad service .
