Having a wonderful morning until my coworkers and I decide to call and ?try? to place a catering order for a large group, since... I used to work here I know their establishment is clean and food is great, but the service is horrible, Karla Reyes one of themanagers talk to me in a rude and disrespectful way refusing to take my order and being sarcastic, sad to say but is not theonly one at this store, most of their staff is under qualified to proudly keep up with the chick fil a standards guest expectfrom this brand. These are now the new serving sizes for waffle fries. I confirmed this with Manager Dreka. They are now being sold by... weight/ounces regardless of container size. Waffle Fries 4.4 ounces- Medium Size 6.3 ounces- Large Size So if your wafflefries order look like this, the manager has confirmed that they were weighed properly. Read more
Typical of Chick-fil-A great service and excellent food. The only reason this location doesn't receive 5 stars is due to the... location. There isn't a direct entrance. You have to deal with Home Depot traffic and the enormous amount of day workers thathangout right at the entrance. Read more
I never have any real issues with this location besides them occasionally forgetting to make my fries well done. As for the app... well that's not a location issue most of the time its a developer issue. All in all this is one of the best locations in myopinion. I tried the Meyerland Plaza location and that was an awful experience and never going back to that one. Read more

I ordered the large kale salad and 5 chicken nuggets to go with it. Let me tell you, never have I had this much dressing in my... kale salad.
